nice index of video, most of it is from the 80′s but some could be debatable. not sure if it is as fun as searching around on youtube, where you can find most of this stuff and more…but it seems nice to have a list

NAB interviews from DV.com and a real HD texas shootout
Wow, if you missed NAB this year you can still catch some of the “players” being interviewed on DV.com. there are bigwigs from adobe, canon, blackmagic and more, and they are serving up nice big video files.
DV.com also has a real GEEKTACULAR in depth texas shootout of some of the best prosumer level HD cameras. As with all of these things NO ONE can seem to pick the clear winner, but they put the cameras through some real serious scrutiny, and in the end give a pretty concise rendition of strengths and weaknessess of each camera. you might need a username pass to view the site, so either register or use the oh so awesome www.bugmenot.com site (their password worked like a charm.

BMW SCOOTER- OK so that one is pretty bizarre, but check these out, if you are in Europe you can actually get one…but not here in the bigger is better land of oil abuse…
Heads do turn as the hybrid scooter cruises European streets. It’s marketed here as a commuter alternative to crowded public transportation — and to the high costs of fueling a car, the equivalent of some U.S. $4 per gallon for gas these days. The C-1 is miserly by comparison, getting about 80 miles (128 km) per gallon of petrol.
Lastly you may be relieved to know Smart cars are finally coming to the USA! However you will probably be annoyed by thier STUPID flash website…which i found to be simply annoying. WHY do clients fall for this kind of overblown poorly designed flash nonsense.
Nice Icons
I was surfing through istock and i came upon this nice set of vector icons created by Tom Nulens. Complete with the “apple” reflection that is so popular these days.
