Team Bitclone collaborated with Mark Wyner Design to transform their custom design comps into a fully functional, responsive WordPress theme for Josephine Library. The new website features an intuitive WordPress CMS that allows library staff to easily update content, events, and announcements. We built the theme with clean, modern styling that reflects the library's welcoming atmosphere while ensuring excellent usability across all devices. As part of our ongoing partnership, we provide monthly support and maintenance services to keep the website secure, updated, and running smoothly for the community.

Building on our successful partnership with Josephine Library, Team Bitclone developed a specialized web application for their annual Summer Reading Program. Working from Mark Wyner's custom designs, we created an engaging platform that allows program participants to register, log in securely, and track their reading activities throughout the summer. The application features custom user authentication and time logging functionality, enabling participants to record their reading progress while library staff can monitor engagement and participation. This recurring program has become a cornerstone of the library's community outreach, encouraging literacy and reading habits among local families year after year.

El Centro De Libertad (The Freedom Center) is a bilingual non-profit organization who provide substance use treatment services to rural and urban communities in San Mateo County. Their website is offered in both Spanish and English thanks to Wordpress and the powerful WPML plugin. The design features muted colors and large impactful images to connect with visitors. Being a non-profit organization, they also wanted to make donating to their cause online easy and safe - this was accomplished with the DonorBox plugin.

The Bitclone team worked with business owner Marywynn and her designer to take her custom design comps, available project budget and list of desired website improvements (including moving her online storefront into WooCommerce) to create a winning e-commerce and design revamp for her business website. She loves the clean, modern feel that really highlights the skin care products she offers for sale. They've seen an uptick in sales coming from mobile devices since the conversion and redesign; exactly what they hoped to accomplish.

We were contacted by the Clackamas Education Service District to assist them with a collaborative project aimed at helping under-served youths in Clackamas County, Oregon to find employment and continue their education. The C-TEC Youth Services website is an online portal connecting teens and young adults of Clackamas with resources for jobs and schooling; they’ll even provide an individual Career Advisor to help each client maximize their experience. The website is also meant to attract local businesses and community organizations who want to work with the emerging workforce of Clackamas.

We created a full branding package of logo, business cards, and a responsive website within the WordPress CMS for the business coaching firm Boston Accountability.

Public planners at the Lloyd Ecodistrict in Portland, Oregon needed a custom website and brand refresh to connect with their neighborhood constituents.

Bitclone was approached by independent perfumer Laurie Erickson about updating her website to a sleeker more modern look that was mobile-friendly (responsively designed). She had built her original website and wanted to continue with a stand-alone e-commerce solution (Mal's E-commerce) based on her original work. Her new and improved website allows visitors using smaller devices to have an appropriate and easy-to-use interface with her content – they can even easily purchase a scent should they be so inclined.

The Bitclone team worked directly with the client every step of the way – using an updated logo and cleaner design, porting over all of the old content and cleaning up and modernizing the html plus removing in-line css, training Laurie to effectively use the updated site and it’s new features (home page slider, pop-up pages for ingredients, google fonts, css stylesheets, etc.) and taking the new site live.

Cherry Sprout produce market contacted us to help them bring a new look and feel to their wordpress driven website. The site was originally used primarily for it’s blogging functionality, with only a few additional pages. As their business prospered, the website grew in complexity and they felt it was time to shift focus and redesign the user interface and upgrade the look to better represent the current state of the store.

We created a custom wordpress theme based on their logo and the colors used at the physical store-front. Knowing they wanted to better showcase the local produce they offer to their shoppers, the home page took on an entirely new look which focused on an image slider that was easy to update. Store hours and directions also took center stage, as well as social media connections. Now the home page also showcases posted information, divided into more useful categories and featuring titles and excerpts to show more info in less space.
